I have had a lot of people recently ask me if I edit all my photos and why this process is necessary. For a photographer, giving an unedited photo is like displaying an unfinished piece of artwork! When you book a photo shoot with me, I offer a DVD with the best photos, and that is included with the package. Please don’t mistake this for me getting home, throwing your photos on a DVD and sending them to you in the mail. MANY hours is spent after a photo shoot, editing and re-touching each photo one by one. You may have heard me to say that I have a more natural style of photography, which is true. I don’t mess with the colors very much, rather I like to bring out colors and light that are naturally in the photo. I always touch up skin (if I had I zit that day, I would not want to be reminded of that every time I look at my photos)! I really work on getting the lighting, composition and everything else as best as I possibly can in my camera. And afterward, I perfect the photo through the editing process. This always gives a professional, vibrant and finished look! Here are a few examples of what happens to photo behind the scenes!
